Scale snapping

Let's say I have a simple linear curve A and I want to scale it exactly the same lenght of another larger linear curve B...so I move the pivot point of A to one of the extreme cv of itself, and snap it to the extreme of the longer linear curve B...

Now...how can I scale to "snap" the lenght of the curve to match exactly the longer one without moving cvs?...

ues mel then you can type in exact values... se what may echoes in the script ediitor... its as simple as reading english.... however ensuring that the scle will do teht you want tis atotaly different thing allogether!
