Selection Impossible After Setparticleattr Command

When I move particles with the setParticleAttr command its not possible to select the translated particles afterwards again.

here`s the code:

CODE
particle -jbp 0 0 0 -nj 2 -jr 1 -c 1;
setAttr particleShape1.particleRenderType 4;
select -r particle1.pt[0:1];
setParticleAttr -at position -vv 5 5 5;
select -cl ;

any idea???

why are you clearing selection list at the end? the particle is already selected, just remove last line "select -cl;"
