Setting LUT file in color management

Hey Guys

I've just started learning "MEL" 

I have 2 questions.

I am using 'LUT file' in color management. if I wanna set this in MEL, what do I do.

second, If I make a polyCube, I can see that command in Mel script editor, but if I changed something about render setting, I can't see that command in MEL script editor. How can I see all my command?
