Sfilein Convert Ntsc To Pal In Command Line?

I want to know if there is a way to do the SFileIn convert in the command line.

InputFrameRate NTSC 29.97
OutputFrameRate PAL 25

OutputRes 720 x 576

For thousands of .mov files.

I have found some stuff for auto in out points but need to know if this is something I can do without loading every file in setting the parameters and saving a script for it.

i'd start by saving 3 or 4 sample scripts through the gui and examine which parameters change (my guess it's only the filein name and the range), then use a shell script to change those parameters for every file in the directory.
unfortunately my shell scripting is much too poor to suggest how exactly to do that.
