Should We Do Job Resume Posting Board?

On my todo list is finishing our job system. Until we do should we create a new board to let people post their information?

Maybe:
"Job Seekers/Resumes"
- Senior (5 yrs production experience)
- Junior (2-4 years production experience)
- ?? (1-2 years experience)
- Intern ready

yes ive noticed such things spring up reecently more and more. But maybe it would be better if it wasnt a board but a extension of your profile and then just make a search for all those that have this profile page under some header? The search einge should handle this and tyinga a article to your profile shouldnt be that hard?!?

just an idea tough, but thetway theyd keep up to date and no one could flood a forum in hopes of dicovery.

I like these categories. Hope you can find someway to work them into the Resume system.

What about profiles allowing links to such items as a brief resume outline and some stills of work done. This would be similar to what 3DBuzz currently offers it's members. I don't think the site can afford the bandwidth of members posting their reels but stills should be fine depending on the image size. To protect the artist we could request the images be watermarked. Even the current artist gallery could be linked back to the creator's profile with resume.
