Show And Hide Faces

hi all, i can't quite work out how to hide more than one selection of faces that have been grouped in a quick selection set?
i'm aware of the show/isolate select/view selected and the edit/inverse selection, but what i'm referring to is the ability to hide and unhide more than just one quick selection set. do i need a script for this?

not really but you might as well do one while your at it.

Select both of the quick selection sets at the same time and isolate or use the add and remove menus in show-> view selected
