Shrinking Skeleton

OK...here's my problem. I created my model (poly). Then I built my skeleton. I had two groups: "Skin" and "skeleton" Then I grouped these two together. Now when I try to ungroup them, the skeleton shrinksto about 1/3 the size of the character. Any suggestions will help! Thank you.

I think in your ungroup options you need to check preserve size.

Did you try ungrouping with World and preserve size? Seems to work for me.

there's no scale keyframes is there? that could do it
