I'm looking to get this effect:http://www.vimeo.com/4207982
I've been messing around for 2 weeks but can't really get the same look. Can anyone suggest how to go about getting the look of the smoke rushing out first and then starting to slowly rise?
How do I turn up force behind the emission of the fluid to get this look?
Hello,I dont know if i got it right but it seems too me that its an volume field pointing down parented to the emitter and the emitter after some frames is moving up,with high buoyancy and damp . When you say slowly rise you mean the centrer or the edges ?
I mean the edges thanks for the reply also.
Then i think its fairly simple you just have to find the right ratio of density/field magnitude/dampsomething like 10/200/.1 with a buoyancy of 5 on a 50X50X50 res and i little tweek in the frequency of the texturei produced a similar motion Hope that helps
