Sourcing multiple scripts

hi there all,

i am making a script that will source all the mel in a certain folder:

string $path = "/home/oliverm/maya/5.0/animation/scripts/";
string $scriptsInDir[] = getFileList -fld $path -fs "*.mel";
int $i;
string $sourceScript = """ +$scriptsInDir[$i++]+ """;
evalEcho("source " + $sourceScript);

but maya gave me an error after executing it:
// Error: source "myScript.mel"; //
// Error: Cannot find file "myScript.mel" for source statement. //

any ideas what is lacking here, or what am i doing wrong.
i am making this script cause my Maya.env does not work, don't know why.

Well you are not providing the complete path to maya
you are listing them from a directory
but how does maya know where to find them untill they are in default directory.
try adding $path variable and then see
string $sourceScript = $path+""" +$scriptsInDir[$i++]+ """;

print the string variables to find out what is going on
