Spm license server

i try to install spm but i get an error that the installation of the service has failed and that license server will not run,why?

yes im logged as admin, tcp is working because im connectedto internet, i have disable firewall and antivirus protection and i still get this message:
installation of the NT service[spm license server] as failed.
license server will not run.
to install the service later on do:lictools -install

where can this command be done(anyway if its the solution)

lictools is hidden somewhere in the Softimage directory, howewer it is not the solution, you would get the same message again.
In my case the problem was that i already had that spm service installed, but a wrong version. I didn't find any way to remove the service other than to search references to it in Regedit and delete it manually. Nevertheless I managed to wipe it out, so the service wasn't listed in Services anymore. Then you can install the spm server.
