Starship

This is a composition of a model of the USS Enterprise from Star Trek that I made a few years ago. I decided to pull it out of retirement on my hard drive and put a nice image together. All of the elements were rendered in 3d and then composited together in Photoshop. I spend so much time just modeling, I forgot how much I enjoyed making compositions with them

very, very god i must say, but only one thing is wrong.
Everything is great except one thing. It is not realistic starship to be lightened form different side sun is. So, if I were you i would fix that and then that image would be perfect. Now u can see extra light which is lightning spaceship and that effect is not good. Rest of work is superb

How do you know theres not a bright planet or moon on the other side?

'cause of the Earth. If there was brighter planet, another sun or moon, the Earth would be lightened as much as spaceship is now, or a little bit les; in any case it Earth would be more lightened than now...
