i had an extremely horrific experience with a supermicro product and their technical support. I purchased a PIIIME mobo last year and it did not boot up. Ive tried about a million different methods in resolving the issue, calling computer stores, trying to get a hold of supermicro.
i called them a 15 times, emailed them about 12 times within a 3 month time frame. They told me that that cpu fan voltage was set too high, blah, blah,,blah.......
The call from supermicro came too late because i sold that piece of junk on ebay a week before they called me.
