I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm experimenting with Combustion and am shocked to see that in a float comp, if I set a bright layer to Add transfer mode I don't seem to create any values > 1.0.
What I'm doing to visually confirm this is adding a bright solid over an image and them multiplying a dark solid over that. I'd expect to see my blown-out highlights recovered by the dark layer.
Any ideas?
