Tricky Cloth Problem

Hey All,

I have a cloth project I am trying to figure out and I though someone here might have a solution. Or even and Idea.

Basically I want to take a shirt, twist it (like when you wring water out of a piece of clothing. so that it is tightly wound) then have it unwind into the original shape. It could start out twisted. The important part is the untwisting.

Any ideas?
