Hey.
I've been using the deformer relationship editor to apply existing deformers to new objects. Due to the dependency of the nodes, however, I am sometimes left with deformers that I never wanted applied. For example:
object1: flare, sine, twist
I create an object2, open the relationship editor, and apply the sine deformer to it. Then I delete object1 so that I get rid of the other deformers. It should be:
object2: sine
For some reason (and I presume it's the flow of the nodes) the object2 carries with it other deformers (say the flare), even though it's not actually affected by it. The relationship editor shows that the extra deformers don't actually affect the mesh, but they nevertheless feed into the nodes of object2 in the dependency graph.
Any ideas how to be rid of those extra deformers, to avoid dragging them along?
Thanks.
