Trouble with copy/paste angle tangents

Hi all:

I´m nooby maya user migrated from XSI.I´ve been messing with script editor to try to copy tangents value of graph editor´s between keys..but I´d like to know if there´s an easy way to :

1._Show tangents angle value on graph editor.
2._Copy/Paste this angle values to another key.
