Not too bad. Basic timing is there and it's very readable. Probably the biggest thing it's lacking is weight. Try keeping him in that first 'pull back
pose at the start... just hold it a little longer (will give more exaggeration). The climb onto the door is good... the timing is good there, too. Overall, I'd still move quicker between the poses. Feels a little floaty at times... Needs more up and down in the hips... Your off to a good start, though!
