Anyone kno0w how to turn on multiple displays when they are off in the attribute editor?
Not in default AE, but the question is botched you can still do it easily.
Is there anyway of turning them all on without having to go to each check box individually?
yes select all and turn visibility in channelbox (this is why i having ae docked is a bad idea, because the channelbox is better in most day to day taskls and the AE is not a replacement for the channelbox for 50% of the teasks).
Or select and hit shift + H (h is hide selected capital H is unhide selected)
Or use attribute spreadsheet.
Or just make a display layer thats what people usually do and assign them into it.
Mel would do it I'm guessing but I'm melliterate.
Yes however this mel is done for you in the form of maya around you. But yes if you wanted to learn it would take 2-5 minutes of your time to learn this. But theres really no point in teaching if you THINK you will not learn it, because you wont learn it on basis of that. But yes i could teach this even to my grandmother in 4-10 minutes if she wanted to listen, all shed need is pen and paper, its NOT rocket science.
So question is would you like to? This is as good place to start as any.
