Hello,
Since we may be using Maya to create 3d characters for low-res games, we need to render with no anti aliasing whatsoever.
I know how to turn off the antialiasing to the background for both the image and the alpha channel (composite and composite threshold respectively), but we need to have complete control within the rendered image for later palette reduction and manipulation. Therefore, we need to render without anti aliasing Within the image.
Is there any way to do this(as can be done with Max and Soft)? Are people still using renderman for Maya? Would this do it?
Ideally if Maya wants the games market, they will sort this out if possible. Any answers I've had so far have been less than fulsome.
Are there any scripts to do it? Plugins? Chicken bones? Games people who are using it?
