Does anyone know if there are any video tutorials where you can actually watch someone going through the process of animating a character? Thanks

The only ones that I know of are the Cumbria Training Serie, distributed by Cinemagic.

The bad news is that Cinemagic has just down.
The good news is that the guy behind Cinemagic will start a new company pretty soon, and I'm sure the Cumbria Training Serie will be available again.
