is it the same trick as the duron? i'm building my buddy a system and just want to make sure before i run the pencil over it.

I just did my 1.2B and it worked fine. I joined the 4 rows of dots in L1. I used conductive paint rather than a pencil - it seemed more likely to give reliable results.
