Unwanted particles collision?

Hi,

A very strange and basic problem with particles :

I make a particle emitter, directional, Direction Y = 1, with gravity.
I add a plane , collide with particles.
(Plane position (0,0,0), emitter (0,0.1,0)

Many particles go under the plane at the beginning !!!

Why ?

Too big step size. In any case for planes in general i suggest using barrier constraint instead.

Where can I set the Step size ? in which node ?

And/or can I use collision with a constraint barrier ? (want to make a water like effect, fountain, and pond on the ground...)

Well you could offcourse read the manual.

In any case depending on wether ior not you use nparticles or particles. For normal particles its:

(Dynamics) -> Solvers -> Edit Oversampling or Cache settings...

Or for nDynamics its the solver nodes max collision iterations flag.

in which node ?
For normal dynamics
dynGlobals1 but dont use it thets what the menuitem is for

for ndnamics its the solver node in the network. Could have any name really usually tough nucleus1.
