Unwanted shadow while mental rendering but in hardware rendering is fine

I would like to request to help where m facing rendering problem.

m a beginer in this field........
I am geting unwanted shadow where I made yellow round mark and I think you need my files that will upload.

It will be thankfull anybody help on this please...

It's a reflection of the eyeballs... just turn reflections to 0 on the material shader.
