My character is all rigged up and halfway weight painted when I discover, to my dismay, that whenever I rotate any section of the spine to the right or left, the effected body parts stretch like I'm scaling it along it's front axis. Any idea what might be causing this and how to stop it? At the very least has it happened to anyone else?
I've already tried deleting the history of the head, and detaching it from the skeleton, and simply grouping it to the skeleton, neither works, it still distorts the same way.. any ideas?
