Us computer in the uk

I recently moved to London from the U.S.  I am going to ship my computer over here that I built in the U.S.
Will it work in the uk?  I know the U.S. uses 110v and the UK is 220v.  This is my power supply

What do I need to plug it into the wall here, and will I fry my computer when I boot it up?  Anyone have experience with this?
I'm paranoid beacuse my friend fried his US computer over here.
