No matter what noise I apply to the camera in Maya it tends to move on a repeating diagonal
monochrome color will do that (slanted vector its allways in one uniform direction). Use dnoise in a expression or use some of the more colorfull noises (or mix three noises with different primary color components). If you sue a texture be sure to set the color offset to -0.5 (or -1 and gain to 2).
No python needed it doesnt make this any better just a slower and stupder appreach in all cases.
Really basic stuff. You can find hundreds of versions of thsi sllready made.
