Using 3d Tracking software to stabilize

I have a very hard shot to stabilize, a man running for a street with a close camera to him. I wondering if a can use a automatic 3D tracking tool, like boujou, to track the shot and use that tracking information to stabilize the shot. Any ideia how to do this??

Hello I hope this helps. The tracker I use is called syntheye. I find it to be pretty good for a $359.00 program. But you might also want to look at one called PFhoe. This is also a good tool but it is limited to DV resolution 720 480 or the PAL equivelent. Good Luck!
