Well, you don't need a tutorial specfically on that. What you need it to understand the modeling tools..then you can make anything including but not limited to a house, then learn how texturing works, how to make texrtures...then , as with modeling, you can texture anything. Learn how lighting works, light some still life models.
Then, learn how to use mental ray for maya because a lot of conceptual Achitecture renderings use GI and HDRI style setups.
Learning those things will put you to where you need to be to tackel a task like 3d achitecture. A specific tutorial will do you no good except if you ever had a client ask you to do that tutorial.
