Uv And Texture Issue

My question: I've model a product and created a turntable animation. The product is a tool holder with a "notecard" logo insert. The model and notecard are two separate models. My problem is with the notecard. I created the "notecard" look in photoshop(logo text and thin blue lines on white. Classic notecard look.) I assigned the texture "normally" to the model. It looks great. BUT it swims in the animation... The animation is a turntable with the notecard sliding in and out of it's place holder. 300 frames long. It does NOT swim the whole time, but only on a few certain frames. I checked the UVs and they seem to shift sizes on certain frames. It makes no sense to me...

does it swim in the viewport or in the software render?

Both... I turned on the hardware texturing and it swims in both viewport and when I render a single frame of the animation. I assigned the file texture "normally" not as a projection. The thing that confuses me is the changing UVs... Once I map the UV's, They should not change...

No that's not how it works. Once you map uvs they will change IF the history dictates so.
