Check cgtoolkit.com. Their book "The Art of Rigging, Volume 3" have great explanations on fur pipelines.
There you will find a solution for you problem.
In the meantime you can:
Duplicate your geometry so you will have 2 pieces of identical geometry but different uv layouts, 1 for fur, and the other for texture.
Then wrap deform the geometry so one drives the other.
Render in passes and comp.
