Video output solution

I just returned a studio DC10 plus (they don't have a win2K driver), which is sad, because it was almost perfect. Now I need a sub 100$ video output card. I don't need a firewire or USB card. I there a similar product out there?
What do you use to output to tape?

thanks,

wait for premier 6 to come out ...should be January . get that and then get a generic Firwire card . should do great.
go to http://www.adobe.com to read up on it.

Ummm,
Maybe I was a bit fuzzy on the requirements. I need a card with composite out (RCA cable type) to go to my VCR. I can't get another version of Premiere and I don't need a firewire card, unless there's a way to get a firewire card and a firewire-to-composite-video box for under 150$.

Radeon 64MB VIVO has S-Video Out, Comp. Video Out (RCA), Comp. Video In (RCA). It goes for about $250.

I have a Voodoo3000 with TV out on one of my older boxes and it does great full screen output, and has decent controls. It's fast enough to play full screen DiVX and DVD's.

ATI stuff, in my past experience, has generally the best for TV-out. Therefore, if you can pick up any of their All-in-Wonder cards, you'll have a good solution -- they don't even have to be a new one..
