Export the scene with in .fbx format, import the .fbx into Maya. That's how i did to get my skeleton and skinned mesh back into Maya. That was just the "bound skeleton", no animation controls, I am not sure if these would import over.
You created blend shapes in xSI too? I've never done that so i don't know if they can transfer.
Oh man, doing blendshapes in Xsi is heaven compared to Maya. I love maya for animation and love xsi for everything BUT animation. Check out blendshapes in XSI. Its idiot proof, lol even I can do it! ![]()
