Whats the difference between Alias Studio and Alias Maya? I hope someone has an answer on my question

Studio is a industrial design and painting program. mInaly meant for painting for visualisation and then making of the nurbs shells for export to a cad/cae porgram for actaual manufacturing/ final touches or other eingeneering type integration.

While maya is a broadcast/film animation program. For visuishing more complex animations such as facials or some effects etc etc.
