Where does soft store preferences?

Where does soft store its prefs files on NT. Or rather where should I save my keyboard prefs file to. Running Soft on a network with floating license. I tried putting it in my local profile directory but with no avail.

I wrote a tutorial that deals with custom keyboard setups in Softimage3D. It's on my web page. (I also believe it's in the highend3d site as well)
