Where Is The " Letterbox" In Fcp?

Just switched from Avid to FCP. ....now, can not find and don't know how to give the output of my movie( HD16:9 Footage ) a letterbox.

I did find 2 options which is on motion tap called " crop " , and i did try to change the top and bottom slider, but seems nothing happens in canvers of FCP....

can someone tell me how to apply a movie a letterbox in FCP ?

in the effects tab under video effects and i dont quite remember which folder, but its probably under the video folder. cant think off the top of my head
