I'm using a Wire Deformer to animate a cable attached to my character.
To animate the Curve, I'm using 3 clusters - a cluster at each end of the cable where it plugs into my character, and a cluster in the middle to animate the secondary motion of the cable.
Each Cluster at the ends of the cable are constrained to the character, so they remained plugged into my character no matter how I pose him.
everything works exactly as intended, until I begin to move my character around in the scene. The further the character gets away from the origin, the more distorted the cable geometry becomes.
I tried setting up a variety of different parenting and grouping schemes, but i've had no luck.
I'm guessing there is some kind of double transform going on, or perhaps the Base Wire is upset about something.
