I have an object that emits density - the effect is for it to look like smoke or a cloud that is coming out of the object and flowing down through the volume.
The simulation looks fine and the look of the cloud looks great - but I've tried various ways to texture it to look like a cloud and it either looks like the density is moving through a static cloud texture, or I can animate the texture down but the 'wispyness' of the cloud still isn't really tied to the motion of the density itself.
I'm probably approaching the texturing the wrong way but am unsure how to do this - any ideas?
