Working Units. . .Stretching Timeline..?

Is there anyway to manually put the working units you want within the Preferences>Settings Menu? They give you different options 30fps, 60, etc. but what if I want to change to something like 90. Might sound like an odd request but im essentially trying to stretch everything out to get more frames for the entire scene. Unless someone knows of another way of doing this? Thanks.

Open graph editor, selact alla nimation keys and scale them! You can then proceed to undo this and look what maya actualy promped in the script editor copypaste it to set precice scale valeues instead!

I could offcourse tell you the code outright but id rather have you learn how to exploit mayas scripting capability yourself!
