Write node is not rendering out files

my write node is refusing to write, i am new in nuke: 

here is the details:

RuntimeError: Write1 cannot be executed for multiple frames. 

can anyone help me on this?  am i doing something wrong?

first thing first, kill your write node and create a new one, it happen the are just bugged.
sencond thing, are you exporting at the right format : name.%4d.format  (the %4d is necessary for a image sequence !!!! or 3d 2d 5d whatever, but you need it.
third, have you got a red read node somewhere in your tree ( a missing file)
finally, are you rendering on top of something that IS in your tree or comp, this will not work
