I select an object, then a tranformation, and a Maya-like manipulator appears, I go to grab one of the arrows and it seems that's not how xsi works. Those are just visual guides and can't be touched.
I instead need to press "b" to get the real manipulator tool, and need to do it every time I make a new transformation, and on top of that, it's not intuitive, especially if you want to scale in one axis. Using the "YXZ" mouse buttons is not intuitive either.
Is there a way to get a Maya-like manipulator? You'd think they'd go with the obvious and easiest way to transform.
