Yellow And Purple Dots

Hello. I need to find the yellow dots. I can find the purple dots easily, but I can't get the yellow dots to show up.

I tried to find Hull, which brought up the yellow dots in another model, but they just never explain it in these tutorials or videos. They just hotkey it and expect me to know what the hell they're doing. Thanks !!

You have two options. F8 which will bring you back to object mode, then F8 again to return to Component. Or just Hold down Ctrl and select everything. (this will deselect everything which will make everything purple again, if i now the question).

None of what you just said gets me to the yellow dots. I have the purple dots up, but something (some kind of hotkey or command) gives me a full list of yellow dots that can be manipulated. Every beginner tutorial never freaking tells me how to get to that point. God, I'm stuck cause I need to know this!!

I have breifly experienced this 1 time. But restaring maya remedied the thing. It sounds like a graphics driver glitch tough.
