Shacarah: you right, some places are very specific to what they want to see, while smaller studios just want to see everything you have worked on characters. I have these scenes as video editor files, so I can shuffle them, or take them out, depending what some places maybe looking for.
But overall I think if you show somthing that is some what related to the core stuff your doing, like clothing simulations to be part of the character makes you more appealing candidate. otherwise you will end up showing pretty much the same stuff as people.
actually truth be told, I'm a little embarassed. Most these characters are very old, from yr2000, I just re light them with new renders with fancy stuff like GI/sss/soft lights. as you see topology for first 3 character are not even as good as the game characters. I'm just too lazy to make a purley perfecto character...but I think about it all the time.
